Healthy Vegetable Pasta Recipes
two tbsp water
one tsp soy sauce
one half medium carrot
one fourth medium red bell pepper
two oz broccoli florets
one egg white
four oz whole wheat spaghetti cooked
one tsp lime juice
four oz chicken breast
one tsp olive oil
salt and black pepper
one garlic

Cook chicken breast in a pot over medium heat with oil, then add salt and black pepper. Cook, then add broccoli, garlic, carrots, pepper,water cover. Cook until softened.
Add soy sauce and transfer to a plate. Add eggs and scramble. Cooked spaghetti cooked vegetables and lemon juice. Continue to stir-fry for a few minute
